Paleo Crispy Chicken Wings

Hi Everyone!

Thank you so much for visiting my website. I am super excited to share with you my knowledge of nutrition as well as fitness. I love, love, love “Laura in the Kitchen’ http://www.laurainthekitchen.com. I  frequently look at her recipes. The recipes Laura creates are absolutely delicious but not always made with the healthiest ingredients. I took Laura’s “Crispy chicken Wing” recipe and made it paleo. I am hoping to inspire you to cook real, clean, healthy paleo/primal food. It is not that hard you just have to set aside 2 hours a week. No excuses friends jUST DO IT!

DO YOU LOVE CHICKEN WINGS? Who doesn’t love deep fried, crispy, salty wings. Let me tell you that I got the BIGGEST compliment from Conor after I made these crispy paleo chicken wings.

Conor said, “THESE WINGS ARE BETTER THAN PIZZING’S”. Pizzing’s is a local restaurant that specializes in fried wings.
